Probably One Of The Best Camaros Ever. — First off, I love the way these cars look on the outside. 425hp is nothing to shake a stick at either. I can't have a super in depth review since I haven't lived with one day to day, I will just be touching on things. Lemme say how much I HATE trying to see when backing up or parking these behemoths. They weigh nearly 2 tons also, so these cars are most definitely large and in charge! There is no reason other then looks that they went with stupid over sized 19 and 20 inch rims, and frankly that is just sad. Even the V6 model has some decent power, I can say that they are finally worth getting since you can still go fast. The V8 with a good set of pipes produces an amazing note, and it is just awesome to finally have a bowtie that looks, goes, AND sounds the part again. Don't mention vettes, they do not count.

Pros

I loved the handling, Power and Looks of this car. I like the HUD, sound system and Leather. The car meets and exceeds so many of my expectations!

Cons

The only bad parts about the car are: 1. Lack of cargo space. 2. The thing is HUGE! it weights almost 380lbs more than the previous generation which isnt to good for performance, however it makes up for this with power. 3. The back seats are kind of small but that is forgivable its a performance car.

The Camaro Has Come Full Circle — The car is a V6 but hell it has almost as much HP as the Previous Z28 and SS of the 4th Generation Camaro. It accelerates amazingly and it handles like a champ! The HUD takes some getting use to but its really helpful if used properly.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros

Amazing, they got it right with the 5th Generation. LS3 V8 w/ Manual short throw hurst shifter is a fantastic ride. Its aggressive and fun at the same time. The 6.2L has amazing acceleration for its class and really gives a nice rumble at low RPM's even with the factory exhaust system. Have had a ton of complements about the looks to the sounds. It has an aggressive profile with big 20 inch rims and Pirelli P Zero performance tires. Plenty of truck space. Back seats I gave a 4 because they are fine for people 5'9 or shorter. You can't expect a car like this to be good for a 6'0 person in the back. I myself am 5'11 and have a ton of room in the front. Seat positioning is also fantastic. Performance is everything I asked for, could not be happier. Fuel Economy... its a V8, its not going to be efficient, but for a 6.2L 426hp V8 fuel economy is pretty good, especially highway.

Cons

Family Car... its a Muscle Car/Sports Car. It should not be part of the review. Biggest con is the visibility while backing up or changing lanes

Fantastic Ride... Brings Back The Old Muscle Car Power With Sports Car Looks — Bought this Car as a life long Camaro fan and couldn't be happier. I've seen the Challenger, Charger, Mustang, etc... and unless your going to go GT 500 or Camaro ZL1 the Camaro SS is top of the line in so many ways. Some people bag the interior... really its suppose to have a muscle car look, which it does and the seats are very nice and comfortable. If you have been thinking about this Car for awhile (like I was over 2 years) I suggest you at least look at the car at a dealership, you will be impressed!

This car is safe and built like a tank.  It is fast w/ the LS3 motor and falls just a little bit shy of running a Vette due to the extra weight of the Camaro.  Of course, with modifications ...

Cons

The back seat is a tight fit for anyone, but is great when the back comes down and between the room of the back seat and the trunk it is like you're driving an enclosed pick-up truck.

2011 Camaro 2ss — This car is one of the very best I've ever owned. My Corvettes slip around the corners unless you're an experienced driver where as the traction control and the active handling really work on this car. This car is nice because it runs just as good on regular gas as it does on premium, saving a little money at the pumps. In the right hands of a driver w/ track experience, this car will put a hurting, or at least challenge, on anything on the road.

Good gas mileage, awesome to drive, love the color. Easy to handle, parking assist comes in handy, Heads Up Display (HUD) is a great attribute. Inside door panels light up at night, very very very unique car. I wish I didn't have to sell it!

Cons

Not the best family car-- seats 4 people but back seat has limited room for passengers.

My Favorite Car — This car is everything I wanted but I'm moving and my destination has far worse winters than we have here in Maryland and I can't drive it in the snow. That is the only downfall to a rear wheel drive vehicle like the camaro.

Pros

I love the power, comfort, safety features and all of the options in this fully loaded Camaro. I love the way Chevrolet has brought back a car that I feel is a NEED to have in their inventory.

Cons

Fuel economy is way below what Chevrolet claims on the window stickers ... even when I set the cruise and do not get on the gas w/ my lead foot!  There is no back seat room but I like having back seats as I don't have to sit in them...others do :)

I Love Having This Car In My Garage. — I do not know what else to say about this car without repeating myself once again. The car is 100% reliable, affordable on an average income but I noticed that prices are rising as this 2SS is really making a name for itself. I get a lot of comments on the car and know that there are very few 2SS's made in this color due to some Tsunami taking out a paint factory.

Great All Around Car To Drive Anywhere — Great bang for the buck with the V6 with the 6spd manual transmission. Awesome car for taking long road trips or just commuting to the golf course. The car gets a lot of positive comments from everyone wherever I go.

The styling is immaculate to me but, it is a little bulky. It has a great American Muscle car feeling.

Cons

I didn't really like the interior styling. I wish that it had a little bit less futuristic look to the interior.

It Is One True American Muscle Car. — Great car for the money. The ZL1 will be left in the dust though because of the new GT500 which is my favorite car. I always will appraise Camaros for being a true American Muscle car. The interior I will always think never brought me back to the late 60's to the early 70's though.
