Overview of 2011 Chevrolet Camaro LT1 By Michael Perkins
You didn’t have to move far up the trim ladder before encountering everything you were missing in the LS trim. Here in the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro LT1, you’ll get the 6-way power driver’s bucket seat you didn’t find in the LS, although it’s still covered in cloth here. You’ll also get some real, 18-inch alloys as well as foglights to grace the front fascia. Otherwise things stay much the same with the 312-hp, 3.6-liter V6 engine, aided by traction and stability control and mated to your choice of six-speed transmissions. Power windows, doors and locks are included, along with keyless entry and a satellite-ready CD and MP3 player with digital media player connection. One year of OnStar service is included, as well as automatic headlights and daytime running lights. Further safety features include six standard airbags – minus the curtain-sides in the convertible – and four-wheel antilock discs.
This overview covers the LT1 trim only.
