The Ultimate Driving Machine — I don't think there's any other car, no matter how expensive it is, can come close to this BMW 550i with M sport package. It's has a very powerfull and extremely resposive engine that communicates in a sliky way with its 8 speed automatice transmission.

The Absolute Definition Of The Ultimate Driving Machine. Luxury + Performance + Style — I own a luxury car dealership and I'm fortunate enough to have an access to ANY car to drive. After driving the BMW 550i with M sport package, I've found out that it is the perfect mixture of performance, luxury, and style.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

The All New Ultimate Driving Machine... The F10 5 Series Sedan — Since the F10 concept platform has been conceived by BMW, it has gone a long way until production. This is undoubtedly one of the greatest 5 series every built by BMW, albeit the spirited fun driving experience is mildly diminished from the previous generation E60. The all new 5 series looks and feels like a smaller version of the F01 7-series. With all the electronic gadgets added to the 5, the car-to-driver connection has been compromised. Don't get me wrong, it's still a fast car, thanks to its all-new 4.4L TwinTurbo V8 that pumps out 400 horses and 450 lb-ft of torque, propelling you from 0-60 in less than 5.1 seconds; however, the "extension of your arms and legs" feeling is no longer there. However, this is compensated by comfort, technology, and everyday usability. Overall this is a great family sports sedan to have in your garage.

Pros

Handling is much better than my 2006 528I, I love the 8 speeds, I am getting 28.3 mpg combined with mostly in town driving. Handles great at 135 mph with still plenty of speed leftover. Braking is very good and cornering is very predictable. I love this car!

Cons

Would like to have the power of the 535 but not a must

I Love This Vehicle? — This vehicle is really a step forward for the BMW 5 series, the overall driving experience has been inhanced greatly from the previous 5 series line. The new series performs and handles and feels like a quantum leep from the previous model years. I can't imagine going back to my old 2006 528I. Very happy!

Mint 2011 Bmw 535 Xi, Cold Weather Package, Navigation, Satellite Radio, Rear Heated Seats — I love the way this car drives and handles overall. The gas mileage is great. It has such a roomy interior and fits three full size carseats in the rear. The rear heated seats are a plus. This car is great for trips or just back and forth to work. The maintenace is free for five years so virtually nothing to do but gas up and drive.

Love It! — This new body style really turn heads, it's aggressive and sleek looking curves are unique to the midsize family car. This car in my opinion is what every family car should look and feel like. The only thing better would be to have a L version of the 5 series.

Wunderbar — Appearance: It needs a new look again? Was it comfortable? Yes and still is Build quality: Did you notice any noises or blind spots? no Was it in the shop often? BMW will send you a signal to the car to let you know to schedule a appointment, follow up with email, awsome eh! Were the gas mileage, maintenance and repair costs fair? YES, no maintenance cost at all, not even a deductible, that is a nice for 5 years, I even got new brakes in front for free, part of the warranty, my US car will not pay for this Performance: How were this car's acceleration, braking and handling? Reliable Did you feel safe and in control driving it? YES, as I noted, got rear ended by a cement truck at 20mpg and saved a lot on this car, Is this car fun to drive? yes, go test drive one, the power, quick response, just watch out, you be speeding before you know it, it is so quiet that you forget that you are going to fast, the blue lights will remind you, not included in the warranty

My Current By Not Quite The Most Beloved Five — This BMW. Five series is my "fifth 5" and third variation in the term of different generations and I love the car however I do have a different idea when it comes to definity as to aether or not BMW is still a BMW or.if.in fact they may have succumb to the likes of those shorter gents who may be over at that place where they renlentlessly pursue perfection... you decide.

Incredibly Stable — Nice luxury sedan...why pay for a 7 series when a 5 gives you everything the 7 has for less money. Although the 7 series may have a better sound system. I opt for the sports package and Im glad I did because I love the handling of this family car....its sporty and it looks great. Great gas milage at 34 mpg. Good buy....for a great driving experience.

Best Buy — This is a very Comfortable car, sporty and luxurious. It is well appointed with lots of gadgets and features, Navigation system has very nice 3D maps on a large wide format 10in screen. Supportive seats, rear entertainment, and to top it all, the best handling 4 door saloon by far!!!
