Overview of 2011 Audi S4 Quattro Premium Plus By Michael Perkins
The 2011 Audi S4’s base trim says it all. The Premium Plus gets you luxury and performance with AWD stability from the rear-biased Quattro system’s front and rear limited-slip differentials. A 3.0-liter V6 has been supercharged here and can be attached to a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automated manual. Traction and stability control provide added confidence when pushing through corners, and you’ll do it in comforted style with the heated power bucket seats wrapped in leather and Alcantara. There’s a full power package here including heated power mirrors with turn signals, a power sunroof and keyless entry and a satellite-ready CD and MP3 player with iPod interface and Bluetooth. Front and rear seats get adjustments for the tri-zone automatic climate controls, and the tilt and telescoping, leather-wrapped steering wheel gets stereo controls. Rain-sensing wipers get heated washer nozzles, and automatic bi-xenon headlights get the same treatment. The S4 rides on a sport suspension and 18-inch alloy wheels covering four-wheel antilock discs. Foglights can be found up front while a spoiler graces the rear.
This overview covers the Quattro Premium Plus trim only.
