Pros

Very comfortable for our large family

Cons

Having problems with dealer service department and their lack of concern for ongoing problems..  Finding out the hard way that run flat tires are no all they are cracked up to be.

Enjoyable — I love my Sienna for its look and reliability. It has plenty of interior room for my large family. However we are starting to have problems with the run flats and as I am learning are amonst the many who do. I am Very disappointed in the dealership service department. Not only for their lack of concern but also for their lack of customer service.. They are unfriendly and not eager to help resolve out ongoing issues..

Overall, It Is A Great Family Vehicle With Lots Of Space Inside. — This van has the space we needed for a fmaily with small children and all the gear that goes with that! Smooth ride, more like a car, looks nice.
