Overview of 2010 Subaru Legacy 2.5i By Michael Perkins

The 2010 Subaru Legacy 2.5i offers a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with the buyer’s choice of a six-speed manual or a continuously variable transmission (CVT). All Legacy trims come with all-wheel drive (AWD), a hill-holder clutch, and traction control. Front bucket and split-folding rear seats are upholstered in cloth, and while none are power, the driver gets height adjustability at least. There are power mirrors, windows, and door locks, as well as remote keyless entry and automatic headlights. A tachometer and trip computer are standard, and so are illuminated visor mirrors, an outside-temperature indicator, and daytime running lights. The CD/MP3 player has a digital media connection as well. 16-inch wheels come with wheel covers and four-wheel antilock disc brakes. The driver also gets a tilt and telescoping steering wheel, and everyone enjoys air conditioning. Safety features aren’t lacking even at this base trim level, with dual front, front-side, and curtain-side airbags, an anti-skid system, and daytime running lights.

This overview covers the 2.5i trim only.
