Pros

Mercedes-Benz badge and sporty-fun that comes with Luxo-sport sedans.

Cons

Electrical nightmare in the long-run and cost to maintain will be high.

Mercedes-benz Really Got It Right With The New C-class Line-up. Very Impressive. — Pros: Mercedes-Benz quality is amazing. The COMAND system is definitely a lot easier to get used to than BMW's iDrive (but iDrive is still pretty good). The Harmon/Kardon surround system is amazing. You can really drive the bass hard and still get it the music to sound clear. I love the AMG-inspired fascia across this vehicle. It definitely harmonizes the sportier Mercedes-Benz cabriolets and coupes while still being a convenient sedan. Holding the unlock button on the remote lowers all the windows, so letting all the contained heat out is a pretty sick deal for summer. It's pretty nifty how when you wash your windshield with the wipers (and wash), on every tenth blade wipe, your headlights get a jet of washer fluid from the headlight cleaner assembly. Neat trick. Cons: Not an S-Class, so not a big saloon, but decent sized (probably the only small car i'd ever get). I will not be surprised if the black leather trim used on the dash will begin to look faded over time. Because it is a smaller car, sitting as a passenger in the rear seat will make you feel cramped (unless you're small yourself). It's interesting to note that my Pontiac Grand Prix comes with standard remote start, but I don't even think it was an option for this Mercedes-Benz. Overall, I would definitely take this car over the BMW 3-series and Audi A4.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

This car is very upscale giving you the best for your money, power everything even the seat head rest. Offering you a lot of options like semi manual shif, two ways to drive the car comfort for smooth drive or sport for agressive drive. a lot of good stuff....

Cons

Premium Gasoline

Reliable, Great Car For Your Money, Upscale — I like everything of this car!! But If you ask me right now what I don't like about this car the only thing that I can complain is the space, I have a lot of family so for long ride "2,000 miles" with family vehicule is not comfortable. but if you dont have a lot of kids and family its great. have enough space for 5.

Can feel a little underpowered.

Great Handling, Fair Value. — Great overall handling. The 4MATIC AWD system is fantastic in the snow. Cost of maintenance is relatively low for a luxury car and the brand has vastly improved overall quality the last few model years. Some of the finishings are not up to par but the overall design is really sleek and I am often asked about my car by strangers.

A Fun And Enjoyable Luxury Car Without A Big Price Tag. — It's an enjoyable and fun car to drive. It's V6 228hp and 258lbs/ft tq. give it plenty of get up and go with a 0-60 time of about 7.5 seconds. Even with a V6 it boasts roughly 30 mpg on the highway. The ride quality is great. It's so smooth, and bumps are soaked up very nicely. It's very quiet inside the cabin, even on regularly noisy highways. The only downside is the amount of legroom, or lack thereof, in the rear seats.

A Sports Car's Drive, With A Luxury Car's Comfort. — This car is beautiful, comfortable, and fast. Effortlessly accelerate it, speeding without feeling it. A car that will turn heads towards it, without being too glamorous. It gets the attention it deserves. A sports car's drive, with a luxury car's comfort.

Have Fun On Yr Way To Work — top performance, perfect build quality (mercedes std.) nice appearance and with the panorama roof, rather rare on the streets, termendous fun factor, very stable , a bit narrow for a family, but simply a perfect car for a single sporty driver.

My09 — I love the luxury appeal and all the useful accessories. The engine makes alot better use out of the power than our old MKZ did with the same 3.5L V6. Its a fun drive and handels well with the 18" amg rims wrapped in pirelli P-zero tires. THe only coomplaint is that a manual transmission is not available with the 4-motion AWD system

This Is An Extremely Nice Daily Driver. — This car is a jewel. It has an really nice profile, delivers on the Mercedes quality and comfort and can move when necessary. I was surprised by how smooth the ride is for a small luxury sporty sedan. I added a K & N filter to add a little perk to the car but otherwise stock it has plenty to offer as a daily driver.

Cool Ride — While stationed in Germany for 3 years, I had this car custom built on the last leg of my tour. It took 9 weeks to build and receive my car at the Mercedes-Benz Factory in Sindelfingen, Germany. It also cost a few thousand dollars less to purchase it there and being in the Armed Forces made it tax free. My wife and I have traveled to various European countries in this car to include Austria, Italy, France, Czech Republic, and of course Germany. I have been impressed with this car ever since and I am glad I made the decision to get one. The only thing so far is that the driver side door lock actuator went out, but luckily it is still under the 50,000 mile/4 year bumper to bumper warranty, so that was free to replace. Also there was a recall on the cam solenoids, so I took it to the dealership and again it was replaced for free. The battery was weak as well and didn't want to crank the car, so I got it replaced for free with the warranty. Enough horsepower when you need to enter the highway or pass other vehicles. Leather seats, sunroof, heated front seats, cd player, aux outlet for IPOD, auto-dimming lights, AMG rims and extended bumper, cornering lamps, bi-xenon headlights, dual climate control, and the auto-head lamp washing system. Could have better fuel economy with 17/25, but it's a sports sedan. The 2012 model has the blue efficiency technology that greatly increases the fuel economy. No built-in navigation; I use a store-bought brand.

Great Car - If You Don't Have A Large Family. — Great car to drive, but passenger space at the back can be improved! •Performance - great engine, lots of torque, quiet on the highway •Build Quality - it's s a Benz - what do you expect? •Appearance - looks good but the interior design on the '11 model is 10x better •Cost of Ownership - wouldn't know about it.... •Fun Factor - it's fun but it ain't no beemer
