Overview of 2010 Honda Accord EX By Michael Perkins

The 2010 Honda Accord EX’s 2.4-liter, 190-hp engine, like in other trims, comes with a five-speed manual or automatic transmission. Buyers are treated to 17-inch alloys here, which hide antilock four-wheel disc brakes. Brake assist and an anti-skid system keep things civilized, along with traction control. A tire pressure monitor keeps the 225/50VR17 tires nice and firm.

The driver’s bucket has 8-way power along with lumbar adjustment, and a tilt/telescoping steering wheel provides further options for adjustment along with additional controls for the cruise and 6-CD/MP3 changer. Active noise control along with air conditioning and an interior air filter keep your ride as comfortable as possible, while heated power mirrors, windows, and door locks provide convenience. Remote keyless entry, daytime running lights, and automatic-off headlights do the thinking for you, and variable-intermittent front wipers and a rear defogger mean the view front and back will be clean and clear. A theft-deterrent system is standard, and for crash protection, dual front, front-side, and curtain-side airbags come in all Accord trims.

This overview covers the EX trim only.
