Best Mid-sized Suv Out! — This is my 2nt Ford Explorer and definitely not my last! This vehicle is built Ford tough and is fun to drive. Comfortably seats 7 and the 3rd row seat is very roomy for a mid-sized SUV. I wish I was able to afford the V8 model but I had to take MPG in perspective, which this V6 get 20MPG on the Highway. The AWD system is a large bonus for me due to my driveway situation and MD snow falls in the winter, also the handling of this Explorer is the best in any weather condition, when driving in heavy rain this Explorer handles like its a nice sunny day out! I would highly recommend this Vehicle to anyone looking for a well built mid-size suv for under $32000

Lots Of Toys On The Limited Awd — Accelerator responsiveness with the 6 speed transmission and the v8 is lousy. The 6 speed wants to be in 2nd when starting and shifts very quickly to 6th even when going only 30mph.6 speed is only good for the highway, mileage therefore in the city is meagre

Great car overall, recommend. The MPG could be a little better, but it doesn't lack at all in the power category, we topped it out at 120 MPH which is astonishing for a car of this size, great buy for... Read More

Reliable, Good Looking, Smooth! By wesdog7

I've had problems with the thermostat housing cracking. The v6's aren't very reliable with the transmission. Get a V8. Same engine and tranny as a f150. Good car, but try if you can, and get an older ... Read More
