A Lot Of Bang For Your Buck. — It has a very comfortable ride with a lot of leg room. Tall people can appreciate this. Very dependable and reliable, you can feel safe any where you go. The bed cover keeps bed looking very neat and clean even when used to hall things frequently.

Pros

Attractive truck.  Reliable.  Can fit the entire family in it.  Tows our trailer easily.

Cons

Gas mileage (but that is known going in), but it's not bad given it's a V8, full size truck.

Great Truck — I like the towing capacity of this truck. The comfort of the seats. The roomy interior. The driver set up and features. I like the looks of this truck (the chrome running boards I installed after market add a nice touch too). Great truck.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Great Truck Over All. — this truck has lots of power, once in the 3000 rpm range this truck becomes a beast. Rides better due to struts like a car. I have a plow for it so its ready to work. my truck is fun to drive, my boys love it.

Looks Great, Great Ride For Vacations — very roomie, very dependable, great for moving things , not good on gas biggest down fall about trucks , very comfortable, very smooth ride, not a lot of negative =s gas is the big problem so I had to move on and buy a car with V6 engine will probably miss the room but won't miss the gas pump!!!!!!

Chev Has Always Made A Great Truck And I Think They Just Need To Work On Fuel Milage — you cant get performance from something computer controlled as much as these are. The head liner rattled after three months fixed now replaced both rear chrome bumper covers and rear emblem all under warranty. It is a great truck to own and looks awsome. Gas milage is average and all maintenance has been free so far, three year maintenance card when I bought it. Very comfortable smooth ride you cant tell your in a 4x4 half ton pickup

The F150 Looks Less Expensive, But Once The Options Get Added, The Silverado Is A Better Deal. — Performance is excellent (but turning radius is wider than F150). Quality is great. Appearance -- guys, its a pickup, not a Lamborghini! Definitely not a fuel sipper (but check out the crew cab hybrid!) but mileage has increased about 25% over prior models. Yes, its fun to drive. It can also haul a ton of stuff.

Nice Riding Truck. — Very good all-around truck. Nice ride. Comfortable to drive. Easy to get in and out of. Good power with the 5.3L V8. 36 gal fuel tank makes fuel stops far between but expensive when you do fill it up. E85 is a lot less but fuel economy dips 15-20% too!! It does feel a bit more powerful with the higher octane E85 though.

VERY comfortable and great steering handling

Cons

Annoying headlights stays on unless you turn off. Kind of wish 'suicide' doors were designed like the Tundra's mid-size cabin where you open on the outside.

Best Bang For The Buck. Couldn't Be Happier! — I was looking for a truck with the balance of comfort (for family) and ability to move snow in my driveway. Great 4wd truck buy at $26,500. Overall Sticker said mpg was 13 - 18 which was a trade off considering I use to drive a 4cyl camry. I have to admit I was seriously concerned about mpg, but so far it seems like closer to 18 on highway which I'm pleased with. Seems like I get around 425 miles per 26 gallon refuel.
