2010 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 1LZ Trim Overview

The 7.0-liter V8 in the 2010 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 improves on the already impressive acceleration of the Base and Grand Sport trims, with its additional engine cooling, more-aggressive gear and axle ratios, traction control, and limited-slip differential. A sport suspension and unique exterior styling distinguish this from other trims, with 18-inch front and 19-inch rear alloys wrapped in run-flat tires, automatic Xenon headlights, daytime running lights, foglights, and a fixed roof panel.

The driver enjoys a 6-way power leather bucket seat, a tilt leather-wrapped steering wheel with controls for the satellite and digital-media-player-ready CD/MP3 player and cruise, a tachometer, and customizable head-up display. Power windows and door locks are joined by remote keyless entry, access, and start, and an automatically dimming rearview comes with a compass and outside-temperature indicator. Heated power mirrors, a center console, and floormats are also standard. Intermittent front wipers and a rear defogger keep things clear.

Four-wheel antilock disc brakes are upgraded over the Base trim, and join safety features such as anti-skid, dual front and side airbags, and a theft-deterrent system.
