2010 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible 1LT Trim Overview

A manually operated convertible top is all that separates you from the sun in the 2010 Chevrolet Corvette Base Convertible. Rolling on 18-inch front and 19-inch rear alloys wrapped in run-flat tires, the Base Convertible is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 mated to a six-speed manual transmission. A limited-slip differential and traction control do babysitting duty, along with an anti-skid system and four-wheel antilock disc brakes. Dual-zone automatic climate controls are the backup for the rag-top, and leather bucket seats keep you in style. The driver’s bucket gets 6-way power, and a leather-wrapped tilt steering wheel increases adjustability options. Controls for the cruise and the stereo - an AM/FM/CD/MP3 unit that comes satellite and digital-media-player ready - are found on the steering wheel as well. One year of OnStar is included, along with a center console, floormats, a compass and outside-temperature indicator, illuminated visor mirrors, and an automatically dimming rearview. Heated power mirrors, power windows, and power door locks are all standard, as are remote keyless entry, access, and starting.

Daytime running and foglights are joined by automatic Xenon headlights, intermittent front wipers, and a rear defogger to make sure visibility is never an issue. If all else fails, there are dual front and side airbags to protect you, and a theft-deterrent system to protect your, ahem, “investment.”
