2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser 4WD AT Trim Overview

With on-demand four-wheel drive (4WD) and a five-speed automatic transmission, the 2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser AT offers capable performance, on and off-road, for up to five passengers. Manual hi-lo gear selection and manual-locking hubs allow this durable small SUV to maintain reasonable pricing expectations, while offering 17-inch steel wheels, power windows and door locks, front bucket seating, air conditioning, and a single-CD player with six speakers. Like its rear-wheel-drive sibling, the FJ Cruiser AT offers such options as alloy wheels, a 6-CD changer, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, rear parking assist sensors, a rear-view camera system, and the TRD Sport Package. Gas mileage with the 4.0-liter V6 is a less-than-stellar 16/20 mpg, and trailer towing capacity is some 5,000 pounds with a properly equipped vehicle.
