Pros

Legroom.

Cons

Acceleration of 1.6ltr downshifts many times during harcore accelration.

Nissan Tiida Or Versa Excellent Car For Anyone....... — Solid and easy to drive. 1.6 ltr acceleration is quiet bad. Takes some time even if the pedal is touching the floor. Interior legroom is very good compared to any other small sedan. Interior plastics have a solid feel. Seatings are excellent. When gained speed will not feel to reduce it. Good handling through curves, even at high speeds. Does not feel it is a small car in terms of handling.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros

Serves its purpose as a cheap to purchase, and cheap to own car.
Keyless entry and starting

Cons

SHIFTING FROM REVERSE TO FORWARD.

Worth Looking At If You Want An Inexpensive Car, Both To Buy, And Own. — Intended to be a cheap, economic to own car, and that's about what it is. Pretty terrible as far as anything related to sport, but I fit in both the front and rear seats relatively well, which is saying something, as I am nowhere near a small guy. Gets pretty good gas mileage for its size. Haven't had any problems with it, and we've had it now for nearly 3 years. CVT transmission is alright. Cool to show the lack of shifting to your non-car enthusiast friends when you're starting from a stop at a stoplight, but it takes about a decade and a half to switch from reverse to forward, which is a huge pain if you have to reverse onto a street with any sort of traffic. Keyless entry and starting are convenient. Cargo space is acceptable. Not huge by any means, but enough for groceries for a big family for week.

Pros

If you want interior room in this class of car, then this is the one to get.

Cons

There are better looking cars out there.

The Versa A Great Car For The Price. — I think it's the best car in its class for what I need, as much interior room as possible. I have to put 3 kids in the back. Performance is ok, could use a turbo. To be honest, it's ugly. It shows too much Renault in the styling. I think it's better looking than the Sentra. Hopefully a little aftermarket bolt ons will fix that. As for fuel mileage, it's alot better than the Quest I used to have. I don't have to put premium in it either.

Low Cost. High Reliability! — Really fun car. We've had zero maintenance needs in the first 4 years. Smooth as can be. The whole negative is the small size, but you certainly enjoy the fantastic gas mileage. Easy buy. New cars come with with a 3 year warranty (that we didn't need to use).

Pros

I REALLY like the MPG

Cons

I dont like the lack in HP and the tiny cabin space.

Bottom Line, Get A Gti — If youre looking for performance, this is not the car for you lol. 1.8L I4, 122HP (more like 95) you wont be getting places too quickly. But with 24MPG city, you'll be happy with the money you saved getting there. Driving it on the highway is a bit tricky when it comes to gas though. With a 10gal fuel tank it gets 32MPG but it feels more like 20-25. Overall its a ok car, as long as you dont plan on taking 4 friends along for the ride. Take 2 to keep it cormfortable.

Look For A Better Car — Its a good daily driver, Good gas mileage. it gets up and goes if you need it too but it doesnt like it much. its a daily driver car, its rough on brakes but, it is kind of in the wrong state to go by that because of all of our hills.

Cons

Economical — Gets me from A to B. Good on gas, can hit things and not die. Handles well, if a bit stiff. Can out gun a domestic from the 90's. wish it were a GTR. Or maybe on of the new 370's.

Under 9 Grand Decent Buy — well i have the six speed version of the versa and its performance is all around decent. it was a solid buy for the price and the fact that it was brand new. overall i love my car i just need to add a decent sound system and maybe a more solid exhaust.
