2009 Nissan Murano S Trim Overview

Although considered the base trim, the 2009 Nissan Murano S is far from basic. The only engine and transmission offering available for the ’09 Nissan Murano S - indeed, for the entire Murano lineup - is a 3.6-liter V6 and continuously variable transmission (CVT) that together put out 265 hp and 248 lb-ft of torque. The EPA estimates 18/23 mpg for the ’09 Murano S. Though rated to tow 3,500 pounds, the ’09 Murano S has no available towing equipment package.
