Definitely Would Recommend One, But I'd Opt For A Is350 If You Can. — Great if you're single, there isn't much room in the back but its super comfy. Sat. nav is also easy to use and intuitive. All the technology in this car is pretty useful and I find myself actually using it rather than just knowing you have it. Comes almost fully loaded out of the box so it basically is the best bang for your buck entry luxury sedan. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Nice Car! — Great Car all around excellent and no complaints from me. Has given me absolutely no problems. The IS 250 is a lot of fun to drive, but I can't help feeling that it should have a manual transmission with its V-6 engine. The automatic with paddle shifters almost makes me forget that I wish the IS 250 had a little more power. I know it's not very, um, fuel-efficient of me, but I must floor the IS 250 everywhere I go to get that goofy, speed-induced grin. Thankfully, this car gets an EPA-estimated 20/26 mpg city/highway, so I can feel less guilty when I floor it. The IS 250 also has responsive brakes and steering. As a result, the IS 250 made me happiest when it was just me and her, with no complaints of car sickness from the backseat. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Excellent Driving — The IS's dash assaults the senses with high tech wonder. My test vehicle was equipped with a $3,990 package of options that included DVD-based navigation and a Mark Levinson sound system, which is really one of the best car audio systems I've ever heard. I made a point of bringing some favorite new music on CD with me wherever I drove, just so I could revel in the sound. Still, four grand is a lot of lettuce for a car stereo and GPS. Can't Go Wrong.. And It's A Good Car As Long As You Didn't Have A Muscle Car Before It. — acceleration sucks compared to my previous mustang.. but i'm sure it's better than those most. good details, leather, quite, good mileage. Funfactor? out of 5 i give it 3... kinda boring. everyones got one.. nothing special, not powerful enough to feel like the king of the roads. noteven the 350 has the bang for the buck. Avoid Lexus — Slow on the uptake, brakes are terrible. Toys inside are fun, like the navigation and integrated bluetooth; MP3 jack is in a terrible spot. Maintenance and upkeep are expensive. Wish I would have bought another BMW. Will be getting rid of it soon... Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

7.5 Out Of 10 — Needs more power, a lower center of gravity, bigger wheels, and more room in the back seats!!! The stock tires wear too quickly, maintenance is costly, Lexus needs to add an Ipod intergration into the stock radio and gas milage is about average. Overall, I should have bought an Audi. Luxurious — I like the handling and suspension and especially the heated AND ventilated/cooling seats. It works in any temperature at any time of year! This car was a very nice, extremely comfortable ride for me for almost four years. Great lumbar support too! Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

9/10 — Good acceleration, poor handling. Has quite a firm feel while driving. Good electronics and interior design. It does have a great fun factor, turning traction control off always adds that extra kick in the corners. The cost of ownership however is where the car lets you down. Good Quality But Boring — Very comfort, smooth but not so exciting. Quality is perfect. No squeaks and rattles. Almost no noise. Handling is not so precise as BMW 3s. City:22 mpg, Highway:35mpg. Haven't paid for any maintenance for two years thanks to the Lexus Care Program. Primary Use: Family transportation |
