Looks And Drives Like A High Performance Car At A Reasonable Price. — It performs well in winter weather conditions. The breaking system keeps the car very stable in unstable weather. Accelerates nicely into required conditions. The body of the car is stable and sturdy. It is a silver-blue color with gray interior. It looks like a care worth much more. Maintenance is reasonable. It is a joy to drive knowing I am in a great performing, stylish, safe car. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsThe Hyundai Sonata is a V6 engine with dual exaust. ConsIf you start the car and your seat belt isn't on it makes the loudest noise til you put your seat belt on. It will repeat the same noise if you don't put your seat belt.

A Black Exterior, Gray Interior Sedan. — I like how the Sonata handles. The Sonata is automatic transmittion. So far the car has not needed repairs. I would've preferred a different collor. The Sonata has a good gas milage. The car is fun to drive because it's not jumpy when you push the gas petal. | ||

Perfect Vehicle For Our Needs And Great Value To Boot — Build Quality: No promblems whatsoever. car has only had oil changes and travelled 32,000 kllometres. Car Comparisons: Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic, ut the Sonata had more interior room and was better eqipped for the money. Performance: Very responsive. Good Quality Car Overall :-) — I love this car. Great on gas. I would recomend using 89 octane for one reason, the 87 octane has ethanol which lowers the gas mileage. The trunk is spacious. Plenty of room on the inside for 4 people. Tight steering. Tight handling. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Nice Solid Car — Its a nice car, black, tinted windows, drives real smoothly, overall a solid car. Monthly payments are pretty expensive for it. Real good on gas. About 30 MPG. Like the slap-stick transmission feature, gives the car a little more umph. I like it. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Nice Car — the gas mileage is only about 19 miles per gallon. That's just not enough. Also, the Hankook tires that come with the car and cheap quality and I had a flat in under three weeks of driving. Aside from that, it's a great comfortbale car. Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

This Car Is Fun!! — This car is so much fun. it is not very expensive. it is relatively cheap and is a very nice and luxurious car. it drives very well and very smooth. it drives like a bmw in my opinion, thats how smooth it drives. its also very spacious it has room for 5 people and has PLENTY of trunk space. the trunk is HUGE!! it also gets VERY good GAS MILEAGE. so in closing i just want 2 say that this is a very good, high quality car for a cheap price that is very fun 2 drive and i highly reccommend it 2 nybody looking 4 a new car. | ||

A Face Lifted Car That Is Significantly Better Than The Non Faced Model...a Very Rare Thing... — Normally I don't find face-lifted cars worth reviewing over because often almost nothing changes. In many cases the only changes are exterior only with no interior changes at all. The 2009 Sonata is an extremely rare case where there is significant changes over the previous year. Not much of the car's driving abilities have changed although it seemed more refined and somehow feels a bit better when it comes to turns. The interior on the other hand got a massive change. The plastics have been designed so well they almost lose the image that they are plastic, rather they look like they're worth a bit more. This imagery is extremely good and something I didn't expect Hyundai to pull off. The stereo is superior to the previous awful unit. This car truly looks fantastic inside and the build quality from Hyundai has never been better. Like the 2008 model, no reliability issues and its pretty efficient. I like the 2009 Sonata a lot, this is definitely Hyundai's best car I've driven. A lot of focus was placed in the interior, since the car drives pretty well its an excellent car overall. I never thought I'd have such positive thoughts about a Hyundai car. | ||

Bump, Bang — Worst car I have ever been in over bumps. Bangs over even small bumps and makes a noise like somethong is lose. The dealer says it is normal for this car. If that is true no one should ever buy one. The interior is nice. The looks of the car are ok also. Its got good interior room. |
