2009 GMC Yukon SLE1 Trim Overview

The 2009 GMC Yukon SLE1 serves as the base trim for the Yukon model. The SLE1 has a unique drivetrain, with a 295-hp, 305 lb-ft/torque, 4.8-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission (all other trims offer a more-powerful engine and a six-speed transmission) that gets 14 city/20 highway mpg. The SLE1's performance is enhanced with a premium suspension, tow/haul mode selector, and GMC’s StabiliTrak stability control system. The SLE1 has a maximum towing capacity of 4,800 pounds and a maximum payload of 1,830 pounds.

The interior of the SLE1 features dual-zone air conditioning, cruise control, power locks and windows, cloth seats, a 40/20/40 split for the front bench, a 60/40 split for the second-row bench, a driver information center, color-keyed carpeting, and steering-wheel-mounted audio controls for the AM/FM stereo, which features an  MP3-compatible CD player and XM Radio.
