2009 Ford Expedition EL Eddie Bauer Trim Overview

The 2009 Ford Expedition EL Eddie Bauer has all the stylish and technological interior, exterior, and drivetrain features of the Expedition Eddie Bauer, but adds length and space. The EL Eddie Bauer has a maximum cargo volume of 130.8 cubic feet, compared to 108.3 for the non-EL, including 42.6 cubic feet behind the third row (as opposed to 18.6 for the non-EL). The Eddie Bauer EL is 221.3 inches long (compared to 206.5), its wheelbase is 131 inches (compared to 119), its fuel tank is 33.5 gallons (compared to 28), and the shoulder room in the third row is increased by 15 inches. That third row in the Eddie Bauer EL also has a 60/40 split and  fold-flat feature that doesn’t come with the non-EL trim. The Eddie Bauer EL also adds 18-inch machined aluminum wheels and a cargo organizer, but its maximum towing capacity dips slightly to 8,900 pounds (with the heavy-duty towing package), compared to 9,200 for the non-EL Eddie Bauer.
