Best In Class Value — Very roomy cargo area, major job to replace headlight bulb by removing grill and inside fender well cover, 6 speed automatic transmission is great, plenty of power to tow heavy trailer, good highway mileage for the size and weight class

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Going Back And Forth To Service Dept Is Getting Very Old!!!! — Purchased 09 5.3L v8 4WD LT in June. Back and forth to service dept 5 times for shuddering. Now dealing with another dealership. Vehicle has intermittent vibration and shuddering upon acceleration, strength varies vibration at times slight other times vehicle shakes. Hesitation, seems to struggle, gets bogged down in lower gears, with acceleration especially while trying to pass or go up inclines. No codes or TSBs told we just have to deal with it. Didn't plunk down a lrg bundle of money to just deal with a car that shudders. Happens inconsistently but enough to be a nuisance. Customer service at service dept and with GM corporate very poor, feel like they are not standing behind their product. Big concerns as to the quality of this product if we are having problems in the 1st month what's to happen after 20,000 miles. Really want to love my new car but this issue has tainted what otherwise would be a fun vehicle to drive. Gas mileage has been avg 18mpg have not used E85 in it yet(no stations around here carry it). Fits 8 passengers comfortably even with 2 car seats. Hands free calling and Onstar are nice features.

A Suv Larger Than Most Apts — Utility unrivaled and more of everything than you will probably ever need. Every guy should drive this at least once. It handles decent for its size, no real bling spots, exhaust sounds awesome, you have to have running boards because of the height.

Poor Quality Control. — Purchased this vehicle a few months ago and it has been in the shop four times with less than 2,000 miles. It would repeatedly stall while driving. There still seems to be a problem with its acceleration. It still seems to hesitate. My wife hates this vehicles and doesn't feel safe to drive in it.
