The 2009 Chevrolet Suburban LT1 1500 4WD provides maximum stability and traction in all types of driving conditions, thanks to its push-button Autotrac four-wheel-drive system. Under the hood, Chevy drops a 5.3-liter V8 engine producing 310 hp and 335 lb-ft of torque. The V8 features Active Fuel Management, which helps conserve fuel by shutting down four of the engine's eight cylinders when they're not needed, such as when idling or cruising at highway speeds.
