The Q5 Has Exceeded Our Expectation — We LOVE this vehicle. It is so solid. What a great engine and suspension. The car feels tight and responsive. I have so many great things I could say about this vehicle. It's a perfect size which is important with a young child. The negatives are the voice recognition on the MMI and the fact that the electric tailgate cannot be closed from the remote.

Best Car I've Owned! — This is a great looking car with beautiful body lines. Audi really outdid themselves with this crossover vehicle. Car accelerates great on dry or wet pavement and braking is just as good. This car has been an absolute dream to drive. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Smooth Freway Driving! — The only con that I can think of is that you can't play dvd while driving. Handle great, and it smooth driving on the freeway. Comes with rare Audi Prestige model 19" alloy 5-arm structure rims w/ 235/55 Michelin all-season tires, and navigation. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Prosits POWERFUL, Sassy and makes a Statement! Its LUXURY at its best!!! ConsIts EXPENSIVE

Its The Future Of Audi Car Evolution — Performance - brakes are on point, acceleration is out of this world but Appearance - eye catching design, has scratch marks. Cost of Ownership is very expensive especially servicing. Its 'comfortable', its intuitive intelligence. But Sound System and entertainment needs some improvement.

ProsVersatility, spaciousness, torque, fuel consumption, quality ConsLag at take off

Audi Q5 — This is a 2.0L TDI (diesel) model. There is unfortunately a bit of a lag at take-off, but thereafter has plenty of torque. Overtaking or going uphill is a breeze. The fuel consumption is averaging about 10L/100km, which is a lot more that the "official" figure of 6.8. For a compact SUV it is quite spacious and very comfortable front and back. The trim and fitting quality is excellent. The MMI and satellite navigation is a bit fiddly but graphics are fantastic. Primary Use: Family transportation

Nice All Around Car — Attractive, economical, roomy, well engineered, technically advanced. I ordered this car with Audi DRive Control and real time traffic and panaramic sunroof so it is setup just as I wanted it. First time with a red car so took getting used to but... ProsSmooth ride, silky powertrain, solid handling, beautiful styling ConsPrice with options, could use more torque

Audi A5 — The Q5 is a fantastic little crossover. The 270 hp 3.2L V6 offers solid performance. It's a very docile motor around town, but at 3.5k RPM it starts to really move the Q5 down the road. The 6 speed auto is pretty responsive and never upshifts prematurely. And of course there is always Tiptronic if you want to shift on your own. Build quality is excellent, like any modern VW product. Ride is much smoother than the BMW X3 but it doesn't flounder in the corners like the Mercedes- Benz GLK-350. |
