2008 Hyundai Sonata SE Trim Overview

For the first time in 2008, the mid-level Hyundai Sonata SE is available with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 162 horsepower. A five-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard.

The Sonata SE is designed to provide drivers with a roomy vehicle that comes with a solid list of features at an affordable price point. The front-wheel-drive vehicle comfortably seats five passengers in its roomy cabin.

Standard features for the Sonata SE include an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat, a four-way adjustable front passenger seat, premium cloth seat trim, cruise control, a remote keyless entry system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an 80-watt AM/FM/XM stereo system with a CD player and an MP3-player input jack.

Other features include speed-sensing rack-and-pinion steering, anti-lock brakes, Electronic Stability Control, traction control, steering-wheel-mounted controls, projector-beam halogen headlights, and 17-inch silver alloy wheels, as well as front and side curtain airbags.
