2008 Hummer H3 Luxury Trim Overview

Basically a trim package, the 2008 Hummer H3 Luxury adds upscale features to the already well-equipped base model.  In addition to power features, cruise control, intermittent front and rear wipers, a 6-CD player with seven Monsoon speakers, a temperature display and compass, and Onstar, the Luxury package offers heated leather seats and 8-way power front seats.  Other Luxury features include a cargo cover, in addition to the tie-downs in the 29 cubic foot cargo area, expandable to 56 cubic feet once the rear seats are folded down.  Chrome features prominently on the exterior of the 2008 H3 Luxury.

Engine power in the full-time 4WD H3 Luxury comes from a 3.5-liter, 242-hp DOHC I5 and choice of 5-speed manual or 4-speed auto tran.  A front independent and rear live axle suspension rides on 16-inch chrome wheels with all-terrain tires, and safety equipment includes traction and stability control, 4-wheel disc and ABS brakes, dual front airbags, automatic headlights, foglights, dusk-sensing headlights, and a tire monitor.
