As the high-end Hummer H2 trim package for 2008, the H2 Luxury comes equipped with such standard features as a power sunroof with express open and close, a rear vision camera system that assists the driver when backing up or parking, a rear-seat overhead DVD entertainment system with an eight-inch screen, a Bose surround-sound audio system, and a full third-row seat for two passengers, enabling the Luxury to carry seven passengers.
The H2 Luxury also includes the Chrome appearance package, which spiffs up the H2's exterior with chrome hood handles, chrome hood latches, and bright door sill plates. Also included with the H2 Luxury are 17-inch polished aluminum wheels.

New interior features include an updated six-gauge instrument panel, head side-curtain airbags, and a Panic Brake assist system. Additional standard features include a self-leveling rear air suspension system, an on-board air compressor, a remote vehicle starter, leather-appointed seats with eight-way power adjustment for front passengers, dual-zone heating and cooling, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and XM satellite radio.
The H2 Luxury also comes equipped with a number of features designed to improve the vehicle's safety on the road, including the StabiliTrak stability enhancement system, a traction control system, a tire pressure monitoring system, and daytime running lights.
