Good First Car Or Small Family Car — i don't like the four cylinder engine kinda sad on the performance side but it looks great its no Ferrari at all but it looks pretty sweet. the best part is that you can take turns at like 100 kph Primary Use: Family transportation

ProsRoom, value ConsStyling is polarizing

Hhr — Great front and rear headroom and legroom. Averages 28MPG with mostly stop- and-go commute driving. Handy extra glove box front and center on the dashboard. Included input jack for MP3 players. Lots of room behind the rear seat for storage and hauling. Interesting retro look, if you are into that.

Prosgood fuel economy, low maintenance Consperformance goes with everything else when you downsize. get used to it

2008 Chevrolet Hhr 1lt — It has half the motor as my previous vehicle, thus, half the performance, but twice the fuel economy. Can't beat it at the pump, a tank of gas lasts twice as long. Touring suspension holds its own, even with crappy firestone tires dealer left a shipload of scratches and dings.

ProsBest buy for your dollar, comfort, eco efficient, looks retro cool ConsNone yet just don't want it to get old. Maybe a small console would be nice but it doesn't really matter.

2008 Chevrolet HHR Panel LS Review
ProsCool, Retro, Economical, Clean Body Style, Great Options, Great Warranty, and Very Cool ConsSome Parts and Accessories are a bit Pricy

Hhr Panel — I was searching for a Panel because it is just me and my dog Bruce and we don't need 4 seats, and I would like somthing that can carry a little cargo and be able to lock it up or keep it out of the weather if needed unlike a truck. I was contemplating either a Scion Xb or a PT Cruiser but neither had a panel. Then I saw an HHR Panel on the freeway...cool! I was not that impressed with the window model but the panel just looks clean (and retro)...very cool. Oh did I mention 30mpg! (added bonus)

ProsLooks hot, nice interior, great performance ConsBuild quality could be just slightly better, automatic needs to be a six speed instead of four

2008 Chevrolet Hhr Ss — I really enjoy my HHR Super Sport. It's a bargain of a car and has great performance while still getting good gas mileage. I'm really impressed with the great utility and nice interior. The exterior of this car makes the mouth water. So much classic Chevy yet modern lines make this car a head-turner. The HHR SS is an affordable, stylish, and fun to drive vehicle. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sports car, but still needs utility. |
