Gee's Second Pricey Assert — Simply put, the Volkswagen Touareg is wunderbar. It provides a welcomed blend of comfort and utility. You can drive in comfort with heated leather seats, automatic rain-sensing wipers and dual climate controls. But the Touareg is equally at home off road; full-time 4Motion keeps all four tires planted even when maneuvering at high speeds on gravel roads. This one also had the four-corner suspension package, which let me effortlessly toggle between sport and comfort settings. Good Lord come down i'll give a ride...

Pros

Good looks, quality leather interior, radio, controls, traction.  Huge torquey V10 Diesel gives great acceleration power towing capability with good fuel economy. Biggest 6 piston Brembo front brakes (4 piston rears, both from Porsche), Same Cayenne chassis.  Exceptional 4 zone AC controls.  Air suspension gives you height controls for extra off-road capability.  All weather capable to handle all adverse conditions

Cons

Complex engine could be expensive to repair.

Penultimate Power Performance Suv With Exceptional Handling — Penultimate SUV! V10 Diesel torque and economy, towing capability, This model VW made to show Porsche who is Boss! Exceptional off-road capability, but road ability is superb and not compromised, AND biggest 6 piston Brembo brakes in the industry. Euro paddle shifters makes this car a standout, and so much torque, that shifts are made at 1,600 rpm and rarely need to go beyond 2,500 rpm, although redline is 4,400 rpm. Make sure you have tow package if buying one, as retro-fit is very expensive! Luxury interior and controls with excellent upgrade radio, and 4 way AC controls including 4 seat heating. V10 is their monster showcase with performance, exceptional braking, good mileage, and comfort that will tackle adverse weather with ease.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

I Like It — you need to know about cars before you purchase one. This SUV is not for someone who does not like to service a ride or is an import novice. Have a good job because they can cost you to get repaired.
