2007 Subaru Impreza WRX STI Trims and Specs

New this year, and in a production limited to 800 models, the 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX STi Limited provides all the performance packed into the turbocharged 2.5-liter, 293-hp, flat-4 STi engine, but adds more convenience and luxury features, which the STi left out to keep the overall weight down.

The 2007 WRX STi Limited is similar to the base STi, with its 6-speed manual transmission, Brembo brakes, quick-ratio steering, sports seats, ABS brakes, and dual front and side airbags. The Limited adds heated leather seats, a sunroof, fog lights, and a de-icer. A new rear seat armrest acts as a pass-through to the trunk. On the outside, the Limited plays down some of the outlandish sportiness of the STi base, with a smaller rear spoiler, no vane spoiler, and a subtle chin spoiler. Power, acceleratoin, overall fun, and comfort are the highlights of the 2007 Impreza WRX STi Limited.

The 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX STi is the high-end racer version of the WRX performance line for the Impreza sedan. Available as a sedan only, the WRX STi features a turbo 2.5-liter, DOHC flat-4 engine that hits 293-hp and is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. It sits on 17-inch wheels that come in either gold or silver, highlighting its garish racing looks. A large rear dual-plane deck spoiler, roof vane spoiler, and xenon headlights do their part as well.

The 2007 Impreza WRX STi comes with a sports suspension, larger Brembo brakes, stronger shocks, and quick-ratio steering. It is all-wheel drive, with standard ABS brakes and dual front and side airbags. Inside, sport-bolstered seats are covered in Alcantara cloth, and the wheel and shifter have leather trim. Power windows, locks, mirrors are standard, as are cruise control, daytime running lights, a security system, and tilt steering. The audio system is MP3 compatible.
