2007 Renault Scenic Review
ProsVery spacious inside and big boot for prams/shopping. Higher up for getting the kids in easily ConsOften forget its double the length of my Saxo and underestimate the spaces it can get into!

Renault Megane Scenic - The Ultimate Family Car! — I really like this car, it's great for transporting the 2 kids about. For a people carrier, it actually accelerates really quickly and the fuel economy on it is really good too, about 600 miles to the tank. It looks really nice with the black exterior and alloys. I really like how it has a defined middle seat in the back so the middle person doesnt have to put their feet either side of the handbrake bit. Got all modern features, card and button to start ignition and electronic parking break/ cruise control which i think is the best part :) |

ProsBrill family car Conschews tyres (or it might just be my driving!) and light bulbs...which are not cheap.

Silver Tank — I love this car, lots of space and hidden nooks 'n' crannies. Great family car. Surprisingly nippy...can surprise young ones at traffic lights, hehe!! Fearful of electronic failure though... Obviously this is the missus's vehicle of choice...not Nutty's! Primary Use: Commuting to work |

Hire Car — Drove this the other week. Again not my cup of tea but not bad. Futuristic interior, reasonable apperience outside, performance is poor, handelling is ok, practical interior, brakes r very soft, annoying rev counter and took me 5 minutes to find the handbreak!!! Overall, did the job, not as good as the S-Max but better than the X-Trail |
