Pros

Transmission rocks, interior is sleek and beautiful...love my Murano!

Cons

Brakes squeak and I procrastinate too much to go get them fixed...since I bought it...it was a problem across the board on the 07 Quests and 07 Muranos

Sleek And Sporty And Classy And Gets The Job Done, Son! — I decided to look at the Murano because I had originally been looking at the Infiniti FX35 but that only comes in leather. I didn't want leather for Hawai'i, so I test-drove the Murano and fell in love immediately...the interior is huge. Great head and leg room for me (5'9") and my husband (6'1") in the front. The back is gigantic and the back seats even recline! So much space for moving stuff and going to the beach with friends. Decent stock stereo. Love this car...it's beautiful...

Pros

Looks great, very comfortable, great cargo capacity, even has reclining seats in the rear.

Cons

Gas mileage is so so. Average 18city/22-24hwy. Repairs are expensive, but its a luxury vehicle so that's expected. Price can be high, so look for a deal.

Best Suv I've Ever Driven. — This car has everything you could want. Stock includes 18" rims, pwr windows/mirrors/locks. Ours also has fog lights, leather seats, heated front seats and side view mirrors, and a sun roof. This is one of the only cars we saw with 4 wheel disc brakes, and believe me they work great. This has been one of the best SUVs I've ever driven. It rides and handles like a car, but has better clearence than many other SUVs. With the AWD on my rig, we never have any issues with the snowy roads of northeastern Washington. There are really only 3 cons to this car, but they all are common. 1. Gas mileage isn't great. However, for this year all SUVs were either worse or about the same. It just can't compare to brand new SUVs. 2. Repairs are expensive. We had to replace a high pressure power sterring hose when we purchased it. The total cost was a little over $500. Remember that this is a luxury vehicle though. You would expect to pay the same if not more for a BMW, Mecedes, or Audi. 3. Purchase cost is often high. Again its a luxury vehicle, so no surprise. Its also a very popular car, so there's a lot of demand. In my area they were selling for around $20k when I purchased. I was able to go to another area and get it for just $13k.

Best 4x4 By Far! — I love the design and the space in the car - it is so spacious you feel like you are in a much bigger car! The drive is amazing - smooth and comfortable. It is so much fun to drive. The automatic gearbox is great - very well done to Nissan! Recommend this car to anyone who wants a good family car

Great Handling, Reliable — A reliable SUV with style! The Murano handles great in all weather conditions. Perfect vehicle for commuting or those with growing families. Looking for something with a third row due to future family. Would strongly recommend this vehicle to others!

Nissan Murano — Very practical and comfortable. It provides the performance of a luxury Sport utility vehcle with a gas millage comparable to a car. It basically is the perfect choice for a family looking for a bigger space without compromising style. It handles very well both on the freeway and off-road, the optional all wheel drive comes in handy if you are looking to drive it off-road. Very Very nice looking with a satisfactory performance. Best SUV for the money.

Still A Terrific Looking Car That Does What It Is Built To Do. — Average acceleration and handling, but it is a crossover. Interior has a metalic look. However, this car has been a gem from a reliability and has needed service only for wear and tear items (brake pads, tires, etc) at 63,000 miles. Gas mileage is ~19MPG.

Good Buy — Gr8 car for the family. Good gas mileage. Safe on snow and very comfortable on long drives. My wife drives it in minnesota snow and it is very safe. The pickup is very good as well. Has a car feel to it.

Trade-offs Of Nissan Murano — Very good SUV, but I had some technical problems... Good acceleration, braking and handling, a little weird interior (model Z50) and expensive to drive and maintain in Europe... Definitely have fun driving it and would recommend it of my friends.

High And Luxurious — excellent performance ( 3500 cc 280 hp ) very good handling for a light weight 4 X 4 car , high acceleration front base axe not good as a quality but in average the quality is good , gorgeous appearance ( champain and cinamon colours suit it ) the cost 55 000$ for 2007 model it is very fast and got the torque on the streets so its very nice for a fun ride
