Fun Car To Drive — I love the power and drivability of this car, it really is fun to drive. One of the safest cars out there really when you consider Mitsubishi's history with rally. I hate to say it but it gets horrible mileage but that might just be my lead foot, lol. I have had some slight issues with it regarding the fit and finnish and the rear wiper NEVER works! I have had it fixed 2x now and I've just given up on it.

Pros

Great sound system. Subwoofer. Interior lights are blue. Fuel economy is good. Good in snow, no problems. Too speed is pretty good and the handling is better then I thought it would be. Sunroof.

Cons

Back seats have barely any room. Accelerating isn't the best. Doesn't play your iPod. No heated seats.

Good All Around Fun Car — This car is more then what I thought it would be. The handling is very impressive and the stock sound system in the car is very good acceleration isn't very fast but the car has a good top speed and is good on fuel economy. Also love the remote starter, helps a lot in the winter months and then has a sunroof for the summer. Seats are also comfortable, except for the backseats. The backseats don't have much roof at all, but at least they are there. The front seats have a lot of room. The trunk of the car is also pretty big.

Strong Reliable Sportscar — The Eclipse handles like a dream. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, even on long trips. It has great pickup and rides very smooth. The gear transitions are very smooth and you can choose between automatic or manual. The Eclipse GS is responsive to quick acceleration and braking. The stereo has unbelievable sound and quality. There are options on the Rockford Fosgate 6 disc changer that allow you to choose the type of music being played, ie. live, pop, stage, country, rock, etc. The Eclipse is fun to drive and the body style is pretty timeless.

This Car Is The Best Car I Have Ever Have. — Reliability: This is the third Mitsubishi in my family, and I knew this was going to be a very reliable vehicle as its predecessors were. Fuel economy: I average about 25 mpg on daily commutes and 30.5 mpg highway. Comfort: It is a great ride for two, especially on long journeys. Rear passenger needs to be less than average height to be ok. Practicality: The trunk is big enough to easily fit any shopping and with folding rear seats it is huge. Handling: It accelerates as fast as any other 4 cylinder, cruses effortlessly on highway speeds, and easily gets over 100+ mph. Elderly people may find suspension a bit stiff.

Great Car! — Fun car to drive. I'm 6'3" and wanted a convertible, I surprised at the cars that I don't fit in, the spyder has plenty of room. The GS has plenty of power for everyday driving. Gas mileage is between 24 & 26 on country back roads.

My Car Is Hot. I Love It. Even An All Stock Eclipse 3g Looks And Rides Great. — Though most of my car is stock, its great to work on. It sounds really nice with an added muffler, and is a great manual; especially on gas. I would definitely recommend a 3g eclipse, maybe a GT would be greater.

It's a Mitsubishi, An eclipse for those that like the coupe instead of the sadans, and it's stylish!

Cons

It's still a newer Eclipse, so there are still some things Mitsubishi needs to improve on!

I Love It For What It Is, It's My Car Andi Costumize It The Way I Like! — I love the handling My car has! Low center of gravity, Great on cornering, The I-4 has really good excelleration compaired to the V-6. Mine has the leather interior, which is good if your showing the car off, but would be much more comfortable for long drives if it had the cloth seats! The overall feel of the car is awesome!!!
