Much Better Than My First Wife And A Tad Less The My Second Wife — Best all round vehecle I ever owned! Excellent fuel consumption on this diesel powered beauty. Performs like hell for a diesel and only my previously owned BMW 540 will outperform it, but that was not an SUV. Best kept secret from Mercedes Benz ever. No squeks or rattles . Runs like a swiss watch! Best quality in workmanship and materials used. I needed to replace only 1 rear shock absorber and only because the dealer said I should. I could not feal the differance in handelling! It was covered under warrenty though. I must admit that it was my own fault though. I do not think the average SUV owner uses the tow capasity as mush as I do. I sold my chevy Avelance to buy this one but I use it hard just like I did the Avalance. I have 2 utillity trailors, the bigest an 18 footer that weighs empty about 1700 lbs as well as a 21 foot regal cuddy inbourt outboard boat and trailor of 1800 lbs dry weight. The Merc is my only towing vehecle an I use it to tow almost weekly. I have moved myself from Dauphin to Brandon and then from Brandon to Winnipeg with my Merc and tralors in the past two years. So to have 1 rear shock replaced as the only wear and tear is simply amazing!!! The styling is years ahead of anything else on the road. Classically Mercedes Benz - Simply timeless. Styling is miles ahead of its closer competetor. On the highway I have recorded gass mileage with 3 people in the car as low as 8.2 l/ 100 km!!! Cheaper to run than my GTI Golf! This for a tru seven seater! Astonishing to say the least. I have not paid one sent towards maintenance in 3 years. Except for the services which can be pricy at times, but I pay the serveces with a smile 'cos I know that is where the expences stops. The most fun to drive. A tru wolf in sheeps clothing. My next car you might ask? You have quest it --A Merc of course!!!

Awsome — have had all the four wheel drives on the market, vw,audi,rangies but nothing beats the merc and especially with three children, the gl class is yet to be beaten. easy access to the rear seats via button is ideal for mothers

Fast & Comfortable, The Best Suv Out There Overall. — Amazingly comfortable for such a large vehicle, very nice interior. Surprisingly fast, also great handling. Great sense of safety, as it is a large vehicle. Fuel consumption, unsurprisingly, is high (15mpg city), though not terrible. dealership service is below par, very expensive and not customer friendly.

Brilliant To Own If You Can Afford One — this car is the ultimate 4x4 with 7 full adult seat .tvs in the headreast with dvd player, ps3.this car has most options possible of the time of ordering.it is again in obsidian black with blacked out windows and has 21"chrome alloy wheels and chrome running boards.This is the pimp of pimps cars as my kids say.the preformance is also wlid for a 4x4.

Great Looking Sporty Suv, Highly Recommend This One. — This is the best car i have ever owned. Runs unbelievably strong for a SUV. Drives like a sports car. Turns on a dime. Rides very well. My car has a special package with OEM 20"rims and tires are very expensive but drive good. Tires get about 22,000 miles if you take care of them.
