Overall I Like My C-280. I Gave 4 Out Of 5 Stars B/c Of My Transfer Case Issue After Only 3 Yrs. — Overall I like my C-280. I gave 4 out of 5 b/c of my Transfer Case issue after only 3 yrs. Pros: Handles well in the snow, 27 mpg highway average, looks expensive Cons: Passenger head rest and rear view mirror rattles. To fix I have to keep head rest lowered when seat isn't in use and every so often have to adjust the mirror. At 90K miles, the transfer Case started making rubbing noise on tight turns. Would have been $500+ repair w/o CPO warranty. Primary Use: Commuting to work

A Fantastic Driving Experience!!! — I absolutely love this car, the handling is fantastic, then again its Benz!!! The acceleration and braking are really good. The feeling you get when you accelerate is just fantastic, its not a ferrari or a lambo or a porsche, but its fantastic!!! The interior is also good, comfortable feel. And not very hard to maintain either! Its Major Fun to Drive!!! Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Luv Luv Luv My C230 — I bought the Mars red and its hot! I gets lots of comments and looks on my car. It handles very well. To be honest, it has been in the shop a few times already but nothing major and all under warranty. I do wish it had regular profile tires. It has low profile tires which always makes me think I have a flat tire. Make sure you get the perma plate coating to protect your baby from harmful sun rays and dings. Wonderful And Fun — I'm 6'3" and I have more than enough room. The car is wonderful to drive and handles great. The trunk is larger than it looks from the outside. I like to just get in the car and drive. I take windy curvy road when I can just for the fun of it. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsMany luxury and safety-oriented features, pleasing power from C230's V6 engine. ConsSmall backseat, ordinary cabin furnishings, only available as a sedan, often more expensive than its competitors.

Lowest Model Range But Highest Standards. — Bought 2007 used w/11k runs like a Swiss watch. This car has precision DNA from the quality of fit and finish to highly responsive handling. Replaced oil and tires....that's it. Value for $$ would be difficult to beat. When you look forward to running to the store for milk just to drive your car (even of you don't need milk) you know you have something special. Primary Use: Family transportation

Great Car, Easily Best In It's Class. You Need To Go Buy One. — This car is quite simply the best car I have have ever been in. The C Class brings unparalleled luxury while offering the smoothest ride in its class. I have a black C280 with a tan leather interior. When driving in it, it feels like your on a cloud. The handling is amazing and when you see the star on the hood you know that you are driving perfection. There are no flaws that I can think of. Highway speed and power is adequate, and while driving in the city, you get looks at every turn. It may be an 2007, but it looks like a brand new car. To be honest, I think the W203s look better than the W204s. The round lights give it that German look. The other day I was in my friend's Toyota. I had never been in a Toyota before and aparently this was one of their better models. I was phyisically sick with how poorly that thing drove. You felt every bump and the buttons on the air conditioner looked like they were designed for a 2 year old to opearate. I have no idea how someone could perfer a Jap car over a German car. There simply is NO COMPARISON. There just isn't. Enough said. I own a BMW X3 as well. It is a nice car, but Mercedes beats BMW. The build quality is great. You feel like you're driving a tank. As stated before, the appearence simply turns heads. the car simply initimidates. The interior has real wood trim and leather. I will admit there is some plastic here and there, but that's the last thing you notice. It is the most fun I've ever had driving a car. It is simply the best. Primary Use: Family transportation

Its A Baby Benz — Features are about the same as the E350, only difference is size. Engine is perfectly fine for this size vehicle. 4Matic is necessary in cold climates. It is not the roomiest car inside, back seat not functional with tall drivers. Handles better than the 2008 C for sure. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Superb — Rock solid on the road.Quiet and comfortable. Responsive steering and engine. Soaks up bumps but does not float. Drives like a large luxury car should yet is sized like a small car should be. Large truck with a back seat that while small, is not too small for other than 6 footers. Build quality is superb and there is no mistaking this for other than a Mercedes. The largest cost of ownership of a car is depreciation, not fuel or insurance and the Mercedes more than holds its own. It is a pleasure to drive, fun to drive is a sports car not a luxury car.
