Junk!! — Do not buy! Over priced miniature BMW. Don't let the styling fool you. These things are known to have a sundry of life threatening issues. I was told these burn oil at a fast rate. Oil changes are required every 15,000 miles. I had mine changed every 3 (this is $120 with synthetic oil) and was told each time that there was NO oil in the engine each time. There is no warning light. This is unacceptable. My engine finally failed at 57,000 miles and MINI didn't offer me any financial assistance because I was not the first owner and because my car was now out of warranty. This was my 4th "BMW" and the 10th in my family. WE will never buy BMW again. They are amazing vehicles when new but turn to JUNK after 50k miles. So sad.
