Fun-to-drive Factor Is Amazing With This Car And Will Keep You Grinning Long After You Step Out. — Car is an absolute blast to drive. Mileage is great for being turbocharged and handling is great too. Maintenance can be a little pricey, especially if you drive the car hard. Needs premium gas so that can cancel out the savings from the MPG. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Great If You Plan To Sell It Before The Warranty Expires — I fell in love with this car the moment I drove it. I picked everything out from the factory so it really felt like MY car. It is the non-turbo with a stick. It was a small car but did not feel like a small car. It felt like a BMW solid and responsive. It was an absolute joy to drive and it got about 500 miles per gallon. It's fatal flaw was its quality. As a whole Mini Coopers are incredibly poor quality. I had several repairs under warranty and the particular model I got was actually the most reliable. The automatic transmissions blow every 55-75K and the turbo motors get valve rattle sometimes within weeks of purchase. They call it the "Death Rattle". Although I LOVED this car more than any other car I have ever owned I cannot recommend it unless you purchase the extended service package to 54K and then sell it before it hits that number. If you are willing to do this you will have a lot of fun. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Great Little Car — Excellent fun to drive the MINI. Torquey turbo charged engine, means you don't have to thrash it to have fun. Great handling and predictable when pushing hard. Loves twisty B roads. If you are bothered about MPG / Performance compromise, and don't like the idea of a diesel car, this is perfect. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Well Engineered, Well Balaced, Gogerous Runing Shoes — Maybe... not as nimble as Lotus, not as trendy as TT, not as gas-saving as Prius,...
