A Very Quiet Car - After You Fix It Yourself

Poor Customer Relations

Lexus Ls Has A Wind Noise Problem — My car had a major!!!! wind noise problem when I got it. The dealer and Lexus would not/could not help me. I repaired the wind noise problem myself and I am now very pleased with the car but my opinion of Lexus has been indelibly damaged and I will not consider them when I make my next new car purchase.
