2007 Kia Sorento LX Trim Overview

Adding a few more standard features onto the base model, the 2007 Kia Sorento LX 2WD is a rear-wheel drive compact SUV that seats up to five passengers in two rows of seats.  It has the new 3.8-liter, 262-hp V6 engine and 5-speed auto/manual sequential shift transmission.  It sits on 16-inch wheels, but an exclusive Sports Package turns those into 17-inch and adds a rear spoiler, leather steering wheel, running boards, and fog lights.
In addition to what comes with the base model (power features), the LX adds a ear window wiper, roof rails, air conditioning, cruise control, and an overhead console to go along with the floor console.  ABS is now standard this year, and that goes along with the dual front airbags, knee airbags, side curtain airbags, and traction and stability control for extra confidence on the road. Leather seats, remote start, and a tow hitch are all optional.  The extra power is a big winner with 2007 Sorento LX owners, but they still complain about the gas mileage.
