ProsGreat looking car turns heads. ConsNeeds more engine.

Great Looking First Car! — I bought this car from my ex-wife, it wouldn't have been my first choice in a Hyundai although beggars can't be choosey the saying goes. I travel for work and put about 150 miles a day mostly highway. It handles great on the highway and takes corners well. My personal opinion is this car is great for a first car, or just out of college. The Tib is great on gas but definitely not meant for 200lb guy with a family . Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsLooks great ConsVery slow

Beautiful Body — It is slow, but looks very nice. Unfortunately, Hyundai still fails at making a perfect looking car though...the stock bumper is very ugly. But with the right front bumper, not many cars will look better than the newer Tib. It is very lacking performance wise, but a custom turbo kit will fix that right up, too.

ProsPunchy, great handling, runs great, excellent for driver & one passenger, low price for HIGH performance, just serviced, great value for sports coupe, only being sold b/c upgrading to BMW!! ConsLeg room in back is poor, low to ground, V4, blind spot visibility could be better,

Speed In Style — This car is great if you need to get from one place to another really fast. It has great acceleration and turns on a dime. Great acceleration, tops out at 120-130mph, handles amazingly! Stylish sporty look, metallic black paint job, great entry level sports car! Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsReliable ConsSmall

Great 1st Car — I purchased this car for my wife as her first car, she really loved it so much since it was small enough to fit in nearly every parking space and comfortable enough for a long trip from Phoenix to San Diego. The car handles well at top speeds and and at night everyone thinks your driving a ferrari due to its front headlights and shape. Its a very nice and a wonderful first car. ProsEconomical 4 cylinder - 26 mpg highway ConsBack seat small for adults; okay for kids

Great Bargain On A Sporty, Hard-to-find Car! — The Tiburon is a great choice for any anyone who wants a sporty but reliable and economical car. The size, shape, and features of this car seem especially made for a woman -- such as the mirrors on the back of the visors, extra storage in the console, contoured bucket seats, and smaller gas and brake pedals. I love this car and loved driving it! It has a few cosmetic flaws inside and out, such as a scratch in the paint here or there, and some wear on the arm rest and steering wheel, but still lots of life left in this one. Performance-wise, it's quite peppy but not overpowered. It moves when it needs to, but still gets great gas mileage. Brakes, transmission, and steering are in perfect condition. I've trusted this car on longer trips, and it's remarkably comfortable. I get LOTS of compliments on this car, and actually hate to part with it. The main reason I'm selling it is because I need a different style car for my new job. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Legit — This is a pretty good car.. I have had it a little over a year and she is my baby.. I bought wheels just recently it has an infinity stereo system in it with a sub. I plan on blacking out the lights and maybe doing the exhaust... all in all I love driving this and would only trade it for a subaru wrx STI Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

A Great Car, Fast And A Head-turner, Especially For Its Price. — Performance- the handling is amazing, with a european-style tuned suspenion and the braking is also quite impressive {crossdrilled and slotted rotors with abs and ecs control}. The acceleration is quick but feels like the car is holding back alot, with a low-powered v6 compared to several V6s out there today...but im sure a tune and some aftermarkets would change it hehe.. The build quality is rather impressive, especially for being a hyundai and for a cheap price the cars cost. Though mine is a Korean market one so its slightly different from the american SE trim, the quality remains very impressive for the proce of the car. I feel the styling and appearance again is quite remarkable especially when you consider the lower end price of the car compared to its competitors. And my car speifically has one of the most brilliant colors ive come to like from a stock manufacture color. The gas mileage could be better considering its a 6speed V^, averaging only low 20's mpg.. but the fun of driving the car makes up for it big time :] Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)
