CarGurus Overview
The 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 Hybrid comes in 4 versions: 2WD or 4WD versions of the SLE1 Extended Cab and SLE2 Extended Cab. All 4 use a 5.3 L, 295 hp V8 with 4 speed automatic transmission. GMC claims that the hybrid reduces CO2 with its 10% increase in fuel efficiency over traditional pickups, and you see that in city gas mileage figures. 2WD trims get you 18 mpg in the city and 21 on the highway while 4WD trims get you 17 mpg in the city and 19 on the highway. SLE1's have 4 doors and seat 6 while the SLE2's have 4 doors and seat 5. All 4 versions have standard air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, and ABS brakes. Leather seats come as an option.
This overview covers the Hybrid trim only.
