GT Deluxe

The Ford Mustang GT Deluxe is one of four trims to be powered by the 4.6 liter V-8, which generates 300 horsepower and 320 pound-feet of torque. With the five-speed manual transmission, the GT will zip from 0 to 60 mph in 5.6 seconds. The Deluxe packages, available with both engines and body styles, offer a longer list of optional equipment. This trim is a step below the Premium, and includes 17-inch alloy wheels, ABS, a rear spoiler, special sport seats, and fog lamps.

GT Deluxe Convertible

The GT Deluxe trim package includes ABS, 17-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, fog lights and sport seats. The Shaker sound system, DVD navigation system and Sirius are all optional.

All 2+2 and Convertible GTs are powered by the 4.6 liter V-8, which provides 300 horsepower and 320 pound-feet of torque. Buyers can choose between a five-speed manual and a five-speed automatic transmission. With the manual, the GT will reach 60 mph off the line in just 5.6 seconds.

GT Premium

Avg. Price: $17,178

The GT Premium is the top shelf Mustang. This 2+2 coupe comes standard with exclusive features like the Shaker 500 audio system and leather seats, plus all of the items found on the Deluxe trim. All GTs are powered by the 4.6 liter V-8, with 300 available horsepower. Sirius Satellite radio and a DVD navigation system are optional on this model.

GT Premium Convertible

This is the top tier Mustang convertible, complete with the V-8 and the longest lists of standard features and available options. The 4.6 liter mill delivers 300 horsepower, sending the GT from 0 to 60 mph in just 5.6 seconds.

Special features include the Shaker 500 audio system, a CD changer and leather seats. Deluxe trim features like ABS, fog lamps, sport seats and 17-inch wheels are also standard. The Shaker 1000 upgrade is available, as is Sirius Satellite radio and a DVD navigation system.

V6 Deluxe

Avg. Price: $11,925

The V-6 Deluxe is the entry-level offering in the 2007 Mustang lineup, and the only model available for less than $20,000. The V-6 Deluxe is well-equipped for a base model, with standard features like full power accessories, alloy wheels, keyless entry, cruise control and a CD audio system. Buyers can also opt for the Pony Package on the V-6 models, which adds larger wheels, a firmer suspension tuning, ABS, fog lamps, and a special grille.

V6 Deluxe Convertible

The V-6 Deluxe trim may be applied to both the coupe and convertible body styles, and adds alloy wheels on top of Standard features like power accessories, keyless entry, cruise control and air conditioning. The V-6 models are also eligible for the special Pony Package, which adds a stiffer suspension, 17-inch wheels, fog lamps, and a special grille design. Other options include Sirius Satellite and the premium Shaker sound system.

V6 Premium

The Mustang V-6 Premium is the most well-equipped version of the 2+2 coupe without the V-8 engine. Special features include the Shaker 500 (watt) audio system, a power seat for the driver, special wheels and a CD changer. Options include The Pony Package (ABS, sport-suspension, a special grille, and foglamps), a navigation system, and Sirius.

V6 Premium Convertible
