ProsI love my Focus, it is great on gas (when I keep my foot out of it.) For haveing the body kit and being kinda low it does fairly well in the snow/ heavy rain. It is great for long trips. ConsI wish it wasn't goverened to 120mph

Love At First Gear Drop. — This car runs stong, I can beat the crap out of it and it just keep wanting more. I have it in the shop every couple weeks just to do the normal tune ups but other than that nothing majoy. It has 116,000 miles on it but it drives like it is brand new. I couldn't have asked for a more cost effective fun car to drive. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Awesome Performance Hot Hatch — Great build quality, awesome performance and handling, this car has 225bhp and just accelerates with ease, value for money as BMW's and Audi's in the same bracket would be 5k more. Fuel is quite poor, but what do you expect for 5 cylinder 2.5 litre turbocharged lump. Interior is very stylish with front Recaro seats, Bluetooth stereo with ipod connection and keyless entry. Overall a very nice car to drive and own, go out and buy 1, you will not be dissapointed. Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

Understated Car — Solidly built Ford. Thick sheetmetal and very reliable car. It has a german-Ford feel. For long travels, it can be uncomfortable due to the firm seats. Nice scratch resistant dashboard although the plastics feel abit cheap. The suspension is also very good. Fuel economy is great at around 8kms/liter Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

Its Good — great car it was fast it handled grest the ford cost 12000 when ni bought it at 90,000 KM paint is chiped a bit and the interior is good gas is grest 540 km to a tank it never let me down and it would never break down besifes in in thewinter Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

A Good Work Car For Those Who Travel A Lot For Work. — Not a bad car. I would suggest an automatic if I were to own another. The manual transmission was fun to drive though. Had a couple of setbacks while I owned this car, but they were covered by warranty. Not a great car in the snow, it gets stuck easily. Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

Around Pretty Fun To Drive And Very Good On Gas. If You Mod It Out Alil Bit You Can See Great Result — preformance is pretty good... the build quality is ok but the circle the problem when you buy it it a ford... appearance is ok i guess but could be better.. cost of ownership is pretty keep real easy to find parts for and they dont break the bank..... in my eye this car is fun to drive but i drive alot different then most ppl i love speed and racing around back road... so i have mod. susp and up and lower control arms front and rear and upgraded brakes and put on all now race ready sway bar front and rear Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

Would Not Recommend Because Of The Alignment Problems And Rough Ride. — Have owned this car for 3yrs. Looks good, Fuel 28mpg-32mpg. Three complaints:When u hit a bump the front end skips sideways; rough ride u feel every bump; excesive tire wear, Alignment shifts with number of people in car. Overall I Made A Good Choice For Me. — I LOVE my ford Focus SES. It's fast, great pickup and tight steering that let's me zoom up and down the bluffs and on all of the snaky roads here where I live. Very good gas mileage...I travel a lot. I don't like the plastic overhead closure. And I wish I had those foot legs in blue! (that was the next year) |
