2007 Ford Five Hundred Trims

Limited

Avg. Price: $9,163

The Front-wheel drive Five Hundred offers slightly better gas mileage, at 21/29 verses 19/25 mpg (AWD). Both drive trains are powered by the 3.0 liter V-6, which is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission on the FWD models. The Limited trim offers numerous upgrades beyond that of the already well-stocked SEL. Additional features include leather seats, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated mirrors, a more powerful sound system, an in-dash CD changer and an eight-way power driver's seat with memory functions.

A navigation system and a rear sear DVD system are optional.

Limited AWD

Avg. Price: $10,047

This is the top shelf Five Hundred, complete with the upscale Limited trim package and All-wheel drive. AWD models are also powered by the 3.0 liter V-6, which makes 203 horsepower, but a continuously variable transmission is paired with the engine. The EPA estimated for the AWD Five Hundred is 19/25 mpg. Exclusive Limited features include a more powerful sound system, an in-dash CD changer, leather seats, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated mirrors and an eight-way power driver's seat with memory functions.

SEL

Avg. Price: $8,579

The SEL is the lower of two Ford Five Hundred trim levels, but it still offers a generous list of standard features. The SEL includes a power driver's seat, a CD audio system, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, full power accessories, cruise control, air conditioning and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. A navigation system and heated seats are now available as options on this lower trim level. The FWD models use a six-speed automatic transmission.

SEL AWD

Avg. Price: $8,825

The SEL is the entry-level offering in the Ford Five Hundred lineup, but it comes well-equipped. Standard features include a power driver's seat, a CD audio system, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, full power accessories, cruise control, air conditioning and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. A navigation system and heated seats are now available as options on this lower trim level. The all-wheel drive models also use the 3.0 liter V-6, but the six-speed automatic (found on the FWD) has been swapped for a continuously variable transmission.
