2007 Ford E-350 Overview
The 2007 Ford E-350 Super Duty is a full-size passenger van with a seating capacity of 12. It's not just a workhorse, though: the '07 E-350 is definitely designed for comfort as well as performance, with standard features including air conditioning, tilt steering, captain's chair seating, and a well-appointed interior cabin.
Three trim levels are offered for the '07 Ford E350 Super Duty: XL, XLT, and Chateau. An Extended length bodystyle is also available.
Under the hood, the '07 E350 offers a 5.4 liter Triton V-8 engine with 255 horsepower and 350 lb.-ft. of torque. Power four-wheel disc brakes with ABS are standard.
