2007 Ford E-150 Overview
The 2007 Ford E-150 Super Duty is a full-size passenger van based on Ford's best-selling F-150 truck platform. The E-150's tradition of solid engineering has now been spruced up by some serious commitment to interior and exterior design; no longer content to be a reliable, rugged box, the '07 Ford E-150 has some of the luxury and comfort drivers have come to love in Ford's full-size SUV models.
Three trim levels are offered for the 2007 Ford E-150 Super Duty: XL, XLT, and Chateau. (A Commercial edition is also available.) The roomy cabin offers seating for 8 (7 in the Chateau), and access is easy via three doors.
The '07 E-150 comes off the line with a 4.6-liter V8 engine that puts out 225 horsepower; buyers can upgrade to a 5.4-liter, 255-horsepower V8. Four-wheel antilock disc brakes are standard.
