Clean — Always trust in GM products. These are the best vehicles for travel and leisure available . dependable as are most GM brands . Power and reliability are key when the family is involved . I would recommend the Chevy Tahoe to Family and friends.

Great Ride! — Very nice looking vehicle! Many options and a moon roof to boot. Heated seats and remote start for the wife ... large, real SUV for myself. No cream puff "SUV" here :) I look forward to driving this for many years to come.

Awesome — I love my truck and it has been good to me and my family. It's a dependable truck. Parts are easy to find and fix. I have not had any problems out of it. I keep the maintenance and oil change up.

Pros

Good comfortable family vehicle, good in the winter, option of switching 2wd to 4wd or auto, and tows really well.

Cons

3rd row is uncomfortable, severe rust damage after only about 5 years and is burning way too much oil.  Also the DVD entertainment requires a remote control to continue playing movies in between vehicle power cycles.

Not Perfect But One Of The Last 4wd Family Vehicles. — I have owned this vehicle from 2011 to 2014 and it is at 150K miles. So far I have had to replace a O2 sensor, oil pressure sending unit but nothing major. My concern is that it is burning too much oil. I have heard of this being a flaw in the GM 5.3L family. Overall it is a great stylish vehicle (black on black LTZ) with plenty of room and plenty of options. We got a great price and I would like to get atleast 50K more miles out of it.

Kristen — This SUV drives so smooth. The handling is equivalent of a police pursuit vehicle. Braking on this vehicle is good and there are no complaints. It could use more horsepower but it is still a show-stopper. The dual exhaust tops it off and shows the world what a real Chevy sounds like.

Love My Tahoe — This car works well, starts every time and never let me down. The cost to drive was low, very little repair work, good acceleration and braking. The heated seats are to die for in the winter, they come on with the remote start.

Pros

The 2007 Chevy Tahoe is a remarkable SUV, it is built like a true american SUV. I have owned 4 Tahoes and enjoyed every one of them in their own way.  They are truly one of America's workhorses that I have put thru their paces with no let downs.

Cons

The fuel economy is something you just need to deal with.

A True American Suv! — The fit and finish of the 2007 could have been better, the interior of the the models in the past were much more plush, The vehicle was a bit noisier as well with wind noise rattles and creaks penetrating the cockpit while driving. Even though this model year has the cutout on the 5.3 ltr engine, I never saw an increase over my 2005 Tahoe in mileage. The pluses are the 2007 body is flat out beautiful, although it is now 7 years old in the making, it will always turn heads. With the exception of brakes and a suspension compressor failing, I had no other problems with this truck.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Cons

With 3rd row seats down, there's very little rear storage.

Great Family Car — Overall this car looks great, and works great. It does everything asked of it on a daily basis and is great and very comfortable for large adults. The third row is acceptable only for children, and I wish it had more storage room behind the 3rd row seat. Even with the seat up, the storage room isn't massive.
