2007 Chevrolet Colorado Work Truck Extended Cab Trim Overview

The Work Truck is an essentials-only version of Chevy's light-duty pickup. Standard features are limited to an AM/FM radio and air conditioning. There are no comfort options available on this trim.

The Chevy Colorado comes equipped with a 2.9-liter inline four, that makes 185 horsepower and 190 pound-feet of torque. A bigger optional inline five makes 242 horsepower and 242 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are available with either a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic. The larger engine is packaged with the automatic transmission only. Fuel economy is estimated at 18/24 mpg with the four cylinder or 17/22 mpg with the five-cylinder engine. Towing capacity is 4,000 pounds with the standard engine or 5,500 with the optional powerplant.
