A used 2007 Chevrolet Colorado LS Extended Cab 4WD has an average retail price of $12,677 and 88,600 miles.
The LS Extended Cab is available with Chevy's 4WD system, which includes a two-speed InstaTrac transfer case with push-button controls. The 4WD Colorado models are also available with the Z71 off-road package, adding a torsion-bar front suspension with heavier-duty shocks, a locking rear differential, oversize tires, and skid plates. Fuel economy dips to 17/22 mpg with the addition of 4WD.
Many of the more-desirable comfort and convenience features are still optional on this second-tier trim, but LS buyers have the option of adding a CD player, privacy glass, and satellite radio.
Despite a relatively significant power boost for 2007, the Colorado remains a light-duty truck, with a maximum payload of 1,523 pounds and a towing capacity of 4,000 pounds. Towing capacity jumps to 5,500 pounds with the larger engine.
This overview covers the LS Extended Cab 4WD trim only.
