Pros

Super fun to drive, very torquey, great build quality, great features for price

Cons

Gas mileage isn't nearly as good as my Civic was, but still OK.

2006 Scion Tc — * Performance: Most fun car to drive I've ever owned. The 2.4L I-4 gets respectable gas mileage (25/30) and has a ton of hp/torque for its size, stock (160hp/165tq) which makes is a blast to rock around. (Plus, the mods I've done help out even more with the tq/hp and throttle response) * Build Quality: Best quality I've ever had in a compact car - far superior to even my dearly loved 2000 Honda Civic EX, and I'm pretty sure a lot of that has to do with the fact that it's built 100% in Japan. (The Civic was built in the US) * Appearance: I really like it. Looks great to me! * Cost of ownership: Haven't spent any money on maintenance besides oil, which could be due to the fact that it's got less than 30k miles on it. =) * Fun factor: Most fun car I've ever owned, by far. =D

Pros

Styling, engine, hatchback, wheels, moon roof.

Cons

Highway noise, rattles, gas mileage seems like it should have been better.

Great Car With Some Quirks. — This was a pretty sweet car. It's a hatchback, so you can load it up with all sorts of stuff (I hauled 12' 4x6's when I built a swing set, and all the wood to build the 6' stockade fence in the back yard). Acceleration is peppy due to its 2.4l Camry engine. Styling was pretty unique when it came out and it turned lots of heads. Panoramic moon roof was pretty cool. The stereo was fair so I replaced it. Car was pretty noisy on the highway, though, and it developed a few squeaks and rattles that drove me nuts. Plus it's a 2-door, which gets old when you have a kid's car seat back there.

Pros

Handling. Quiet ride. Sporty looks. Strong aftermarket support. Upgradable.

Cons

Paint is kinda soft. A bit heavy(3,000 lbs.)!

Great Car For Price. — Great little car for the price. $17,000 for all this? Auto up/down windows, power locks, immobilizer, keyless entry, two sunroofs(one opens like moonroof), 17" inch alloys, 160 horse 2.4 liter, 23/29 mpg. Good handling. Decent acceleration. Good amount of torque. Smooth ride. Surprisingly quiet inside. Comfy seats. Very roomy backseat but not much rear headroom.

Pros

Good on gas, and fun to drive.

Cons

No trunk space after the sub box...

Love It! — Handles wonderfully, easy to modify, looks nice, comfortable ride. No issues with car, just regular upkeep. Good on gas mileage. Does take full synthetic oil and high grade fuel however. Car is extremely fun to drive! Enought room inside for self, passanger, and kiddo in the back. Also, duel 12's in the hatch/trunk space.

Pros

appearance, sound system

Cons

stalling, dealership service

2006 Scion Tc — This car had fairly good acceleration... most of the time. I was always having problems with the transmission, and the car stalling while i was driving. The dealer never could seem to find out what was wrong with it. I was disapointed with the gas milage that the car got. i expected to get better fuel economy from a car made by toyota.

I Liked The Look, But The Car Lwas Iterally Falling Apart After Few Years!!!! — Many many standard features including glass roof. You get what you pay for....So many things started to rattle including the roof and the hatchback door!!! But, I liked the look and it's my first coup!

Pros

Value, performance, quality of materials

Cons

Not a Porsche

Fun, Most Bang-for-your-buck You Can Get — Do the math. No other car gives you this many features for such a low price. Gorgeous wheels, a moonroof, a kickin' sound system, a quality interior that looks a lot more expensive than it is, and all around solid styling and materials. On top of that, the performance and handling of this car are strong, and it's so fun to drive. You must get the standard!

Pros

Super comfortable, great handling, and base model comes with a lot of features.

Cons

Not very good in the snow, but that is expected since its a sports car. Not good to use as family car.

Great First Car, Inexpensive With A Lot Of Features. — Awesome vehicle, fun to drive, great handling, feels safe. I love the appearance of the car both inside and out. I felt like it came with many features although it was a base model. Would definitely recommend this car to someone looking for an inexpensive sports car, who doesn't have any kids.

Sweet Little Car — I overall love the looks and the driveability of my car I have absolutely noting to complain about everything is easy to get to and Toyota did a good job with this car. The car handles smooth with which ever way you turn the wheel it goes it also has a lot of power for such a little engine
