2006 Nissan Armada LE 4WD Trim Overview

The 2006 Nissan Armada LE 4WD is a four-wheel drive full-size SUV that comfortably fits a family of seven or eight, with three rows of seats (the second and third fold flat to expand the 20 cubic-foot cargo area to 97 cubic feet).  The LE 4WD combines luxury and practicality with a limited slip and locking center differential, skid plates, traction and stability control, a self-leveling suspension, 4-wheel disc and ABS brakes, and 18-inch alloy wheels.  Safety features include foglights, automatic headlights, auto-dimming mirrors, parking sensors, dual front and all-row side airbags, a tire monitor, and a new feature -- folding mirrors with turn signals.  Under the hood sits a 305-hp, 5.6-liter DOHC V8 with a 5-speed automatic transmission.  Exclusive to the LE, a rearview camera can be added.  The 2006 Armada LE 4WD gets four-star crash ratings.

Power and pickup earn high marks from drivers, who also praise the interior legroom and ample cargo room.  Aside from fuel economy, there are few complaints about this upscale SUV.
