2006 Mitsubishi Outlander LS Review
ProsIt's versatile transportation. It looks sharp, holds my family and friends, bicycles, camping gear, etc. It gets great gas mileage and I've had no problems with it what so ever. Best car ever, and I've had a few. ConsI would like to have a place to plug in my ipod but in 2006 this wasn't a common factory option. I suppose it's not a big deal as I have a lot of CD's. If it was, I would have put an aftermarket radio in, which looks pretty easy. Other then that, I really can't think of anything. It's a killer ride.

Great. — I like the look of this car. It's super comfortable. The interior is laid out in a very easy and natural manner. Everything flows visually and functions well, which I like. There are so many bins and pockets in this car, and the compartments in the back for the spare tire, jack and jumper cables are easy to get to. It doesn't have any noises. Such a quiet ride. It sits a little higher, which I like, but it's not a giant truck by any-means. No blind spots. Didn't have to bring it to the shop all that often, just the usual check up, and when I did, everything was fine. The gas mileage was super great and runs on the cheap gas. The car has some pep. I had no trouble using it in all sorts of traffic. Although it's no race car, I've always thought of it as having plenty of power, even up the hills in Seattle. The handling is great. Point and go. The brakes have really lasted. Last time I brought it in for service they said the brakes were still good. It's super fun car to drive and very safe for my family, which gives me piece of mind. All the great features of this car came standard. I have no need for 4x4 and not having AWD makes it more efficient. For being just a LS, I couldn't be more pleased. It's a great car. Mitsubishi hit it's mark with this one. Primary Use: Family transportation

Good Car — LOVED THIS CAR, was just to small for our growing family. When it was full with baby and pets not quite enough room for us, but was perfict before baby. Good gas milage in town not the bast out of town when it was fully loaded with stuff. Primary Use: Family transportation

Good All Round Safety (awd) Power And Space. — Its AWD but handels like a car low centre of gravity. Has plenty of power never feels under powered. Could have a bit more storage compartment in the back. Build feel solid and reliable. Design and layout all good. As mentioned could have a bit more storeage compatments in the rear. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsGreat pickup and for a SUV its built on a cars chassis so you dont feel road bumps like you would in a SUV ConsAfter a while you notice that the pickup tends to lose its touch, I recommend injection fuel cleaner every 3 months depending on how much you travel
